Create and Distribute Customized Bone Density Reports
BoneStation allows physicians to create reports based on
DXA BMD reporting guidelines established by the National Osteopososis Foundation (NOF)
and International Society for Clinical Densitometry (ISCD).
The reporting software also allows physicians to customize
the content of the bone density reports for individual practice
requirements
DEXA BMD Exam Interpretation
Based on NOF and ISCD criteria, BoneStation generates a suggested interpretation
for the patient's DEXA BMD exam. Before saving the report, a physician can add
or edit the report content. Upon review and approval, the report is saved
electronically for future review and comparison.
BoneStation's bone density exam work flow makes reporting efficient. Physicians quickly
create fully formatted, detailed bone density reports from
DEXA scans that require no dictation, typing or transcribing -
and less chance of error.
Report Distribution and Integration Options
Whether your bone density report delivery is by mail,
in person or documents are shared with an electronic medical records system,
BoneStation provides tracking of your reports.
System interfaces are also available to facilitate electronic
transmission of your reports from BoneStation to EMRs and other systems.
Customized Report Templates
With BoneStation, you have the flexibility to create one or more report templates
that fit your bone density reporting criteria and recipient type.
Some report elements that can be customized for presentation include exam history,
risk factors, bone health contributors, use of images and graphs, inclusion of
a FRAX test result, and
organizational logo and address.
